John

John Weidman, Deputy Executive Director
John oversees the organizational development and strategy across a variety of programs at The Food Trust as well as policy advocacy. He holds a master's degree in political science. John has worked at The Food Trust for 10 years; he enjoys snorkeling in the Caribbean, skiing and fishing.

 
Duane perry

Duane Perry, Founder
Duane works with the National Campaign Team for Healthy Food Access to help states and local governments fund and implement healthy food financing programs. Duane also spends time eradicating invasive exotics (i.e. weeding in the garden), advancing civil rights and increasing philanthropy.

gabi

Gabriella Mora, Senior Associate
Gabi works to advance the organization's efforts to inspire, create and improve policies that support healthy food access at the local, state and federal level. She has her Master of Public Health degree from Temple University and was awarded the Young Alumni Award in 2013 for her contributions and passion for the field of public health.
