Sustainable Transportation Modes

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the City of Philadelphia and other Pennsylvania municipalities should support programs and initiatives that encourage sustainable transportation modes such as mass transit, car-sharing and bike-sharing programs that will connect residents and patrons to sustainable food retail establishments.
