Gwen manages The Food Trust’s Food Bucks SNAP incentive and Food Bucks Rx produce prescription programs from central Pennsylvania eastward to Philadelphia and New Jersey. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master of Arts in Spanish-English Translation, and is a Registered Nurse.
