Established in 2005, 52nd & Haverford Farmers Market (outside Spectrum Health) is located in the Haddington neighborhood of Philadelphia. This market is very popular with the senior citizens residing nearby who claim that the market is a convenient and affordable source of fresh produce.
Every week, The Food Trust’s nutrition educators visit this farmers market to show you how to make a delicious, nutritious seasonal recipe — plus hand out free taste tests and prizes. Stop by our tent at 11:15 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 1:15 p.m. or 2:15 p.m. to participate!
