Vendor Application Information

Our 2025-26 Vendor Application is currently closed as we reset for the 2026-27 season. We hope to have the new version live by February 2026.

As part of the new application process will release a new vendor handbook, but please feel free to utilize our 2025-26 Vendor Handbook for information on eligibility and guidelines in the meantime.

General Information about our application process:

We require all new and returning vendors to submit an application with updated insurance, permits, and licenses each year. This is a central application for all our markets which we review on a rolling basis. Once your application is reviewed, you will receive next steps about how to schedule market dates as slots become available.

*Most year-round markets are full at this time; however, we occasionally have openings and availability depending on the product.
