Julia leads The Food Trust’s Nutrition Incentives program, which distributes Food Bucks and Food Bucks Rx to make fruits and vegetables more affordable for families who rely on SNAP and Medicaid. Julia serves as the USDA GusNIP Project Director and agency lead for national Nutrition Incentive partnerships. She is on the Steering Committee of the National Produce Prescription Collaborative.
