PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Food Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors this year (pictured, left to right above):
- Anthony Antonelli, Executive Director, HCP Portfolio Strategy – US Oncology, Merck
- Seema Betigeri, Executive Director, Regulatory Affairs, Merck
- Dave Donald, Co-Founder, PeopleShare

Anthony Antonelli is the Executive Director for the Portfolio Marketing Organization in the oncology
business unit at Merck. Anthony has more than 24 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a marketing and sales leader. Prior to his time at Merck, Anthony held roles in marketing and sales at GSK and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Outside of his professional life, Anthony has volunteered for various organizations such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Big Brothers, Big Sisters, and Coast-to-Coast for Cancer.
Seema Betigeri is the Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs at Merck, overseeing teams in Regulatory
Oncology. Seema previously held roles at Novartis and Bristol-Myers Squibb and has over 25 years of
experience in drug development and management of global regulatory strategy. Seema is deeply
committed to promoting health and well-being, advancing equity, and addressing food and housing
insecurity.
Dave Donald is the co-founder of PeopleShare, a staffing company specializing in clerical, light industrial,
and financial staffing. Since its establishment in 2005, PeopleShare has become one of the top 100
largest staffing companies with more than 30 offices on the East Coast and operations in over 40 states.
Additionally, Dave serves on the advisory board for Temples’ Graduate Fox Business School.
